    This role was in the heat of covid and the business was recently purchased by private equity. They needed someone who was self guided, ambitious and most critically could motivate people in a difficult call centre and expand business unit operations.


    We tried all sorts of recruitment methods in this search. Linkedin targeting, calling across businesses we knew were suffering but relevant to the space our client operated in. Also posting on linkedin and reaching out to referrals who we thought would know a few strong people.


    Ultimately the successful candidate came through linkedin. She really showed the passion and the grit and the private equity firm took the chance on her. She quickly showed that she is in fact gritty and she is a builder as her psychometric results would confirm. She has set a different culture for the business and has had a big impact on growth and value.
